My Story
The name Willowshush was born in a quiet moment — the kind you never plan for but never forget.
Back in the early days of my craft, I’d spend hours in my workshop, hammering, bending, and welding until the world outside faded away. Around midday, I’d take my lunch and wander to a small lake just beyond the workshop. There, tall willow trees stood guard over the water, their branches swaying gently in the breeze.
It wasn’t just beautiful — it was peaceful in a way words can’t quite touch. The soft rustle of the willow leaves felt like nature’s whisper, telling me to slow down, breathe, and take in the moment. On days when work felt heavy or life felt overwhelming, I’d go there. The willows never failed to quiet the noise in my head and refill me with the calm I needed to keep creating.
When the time came to name my business, I wanted something that carried that feeling — the warmth, the stillness, and the quiet magic of those afternoons.

How Your Wind Spinner is Made
When you place your order, I head into my workshop to begin crafting your wind spinner by hand — shaping, assembling, and finishing each piece with patience, love, and care.
Every spinner is made by me, start to finish. You may notice a “Made in China” stamp on your package — please don’t be confused. That’s only for customs and tax purposes. I do import a few raw components like rods and spinning mechanisms from China, as these require industrial machinery beyond a craftsman’s workshop. The artistry, assembly, and finishing all happen right here, in my hands, for you.
